In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of the relationship between Learning Disabilities and Mental Health issues. We will explore signs and indicators of anxiety and depression in order to know when to activate additional resources. We will also discuss strategies to support good mental health.

Who should come? Workshops are primarily designed for parents/caregivers of children with learning disabilities (LDs). Family and community members, educators, counsellors and any other interested adults are welcome.*
