Is your child having difficulty learning to read in Kindergarten, Grades 1, 2 and 3- or even higher?
Does your child recognize rhyming words? Can your child produce words that rhyme? Does she know the sound that matches the letter? Does he struggle to sound out an unknown word? is his spelling bizarre?
Phonological awareness is a basic linguistic skill that you should understand so that you understand your child’s struggles.
WHO SHOULD COME?: This workshop is for Parents but Primary Grade Teachers, Special Education Teachers and Resource Teachers are also welcome.
