Special Education Needs Survey
You are invited to participate in a 5 minute anonymous survey at the link below to help collect data for a project that Horizon Educational Consulting is working on, which will provide a report and recommendations to the Minister of Education and the Ombudsman regarding special education needs in schools and school boards.
You also have an option at the end of the survey to be contacted for a 20 minute phone interview where you could express in greater detail some individual challenges to program access or access to support and services encountered while advocating for your child. You can do so by leaving your contact information at the end of the survey and an assistant will contact you with further information.
